Smoothies




 

Berry Burst!

 
What you'll need::
 
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana (I put mine in the freezer)
2 slices of melon
1 tbsp. of powdered greens
1 tbsp. of hemp seeds
juice of choice with no added sweetener
 
Toss all of your ingredients into your blender of food pro and whirl away adding juice as necessary to get the consistency you enjoy! This makes enough for 4 people depending on your serving size. Keep leftovers refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
